2026 Budget Public Hearing Notice
The James Township Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed township budget for fiscal year 2026 at the James Township Hall, 6060 Swan Creek Road on Monday, 9 March, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at the James Township Hall, 6060 Swan Creek Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609.
The James Township board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon five days’ notice to the James Township board. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the James Township board by writing or calling the following: James Township Hall, 6060 Swan Creek Road, Saginaw, MI 48609, (989) 781-1353, Mon.-Thurs. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
